“Tomorrow Cantabile” Makers Unveil Joo Won and Shim Eun Kyung Filming Stills

The makers of forthcoming KBS2 drama “Tomorrow Cantabile” have released a collage of still images taken during the filming of a scene from the new series. The pictures feature the show’s two lead actors (Joo Won and Shim Eun Kyung) in an outdoor scene that seems to have been shot in a park.

According to the production team, the scene was filmed on September 10 at a location in Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province, on the outskirts of Seoul.

Promotional pictures of both Joo Won and Shim Eun Kyung have also been released in the past few days.

The drama is based on “Nodame Cantabile,” a series of Japanese manga novels that has previously been made into a live action drama for Japanese television.

The protagonists are aspiring musicians, and the actors already look the part in the photographs, which feature Shim Eun Kyung carrying a shoulder bag emblazoned with a large treble clef.

The drama is set to begin airing on October 13.
