MBC’s “Music Core,” “Real Men,” and More Programs Cancelled This Week Due to 2014 Incheon Asian Games

To the disappointment of many viewers, various variety programs and weekend dramas on MBC will be postponed until next week due to the live broadcast of the 2014 Incheon Asian Games’ semi-final and final baseball games.

According to MBC on September 26, music program “Show! Music Core” will be cancelled for the week, while “We Got Married” has been reorganized into two separate parts. Also, “Infinity Challenge” has already confirmed that this week’s episode will be postponed. In place of these shows, the Korea vs. China semi-final baseball game will be hitting the airwaves instead.

Additionally, the popular weekend drama “Jang Bori Is Here!” nearing 40% in viewer ratings, is scheduled to be cancelled on both Saturday and Sunday for its next two episodes.

This week’s episode of “Real Men” is also set to be cancelled. However, variety talk show “Quiz to Change the World” will continue on with its usual broadcasting schedule.
