Baek Ji Young Moves Agencies to CJ E&M, to Work as Singer and Producer
Singer Baek Ji Young has recently moved agencies from WS Entertainment to a label under the entertainment giant CJ E&M.
The agency she signed with is called Music Works, a sub-label under CJ E&M. The representative of Music Works used to work with Baek Ji Young when she was still under Warner Music Korea. Baek Ji Young even named him a father-like figure when she appeared on the talk show “Healing Camp.”
Baek Ji Young’s protege Yoo Sung Eun, from the first season of “Voice Korea,” is also under Music Works. Baek Ji Young has collaborated with her as a producer on her album, and will continue to produce the R&B singer.
Baek Ji Young will also be producing a new boy band called Sherlock under Music Works, who are expected to debut early next year.
