Shin Sung Rok’s Stills from First Shoot of “Liar Game” Released

On October 3, actor Shin Sung Rok’s management agency released behind the scenes stills of Shin Sung Rok during his first filming for the upcoming tvN drama, “Liar Game.” In the photos, he could be seen at a rock climbing set in athletic wear, hanging from the wall while the camera films him from behind.

“Liar Game” is a psychological thriller that sheds light on the human nature that becomes evident when confronted with the opportunity to win 10,000,000,000 KRW (approximately 10 million USD). Shin Sung Rok will play the role of the producer and MC of the reality show, Kang Do Young, who will possess the ability to make keen analyses on the game.

After the first filming, Shin Sung Rok commented, “I’ve always wanted to do a project of this genre and I’m happy that I will challenge myself with one through ‘Liar Game.’ I would like to show a different acting pattern than the one that I’ve shown [before], and I’ll try my best to express a more three dimensional character.”

Meanwhile, also starring in the drama are Lee Sang Yoon, Kim So Eun, and Jo Jae Yoon among others. It will air its first episode after the ending of “My Secret Hotel” on October 20.
