Jang Jae In Explains That Fighting Dystonia Has Changed Her
Former “Superstar K2” contestant Jang Jae In has been speaking about how her life has changed following an illness that forced her to put her music career on the sidelines.
The star was struck with a muscle disorder called dystonia, which has meant she has not been able to release new music since February 2012. However, appearing on SBS Power Radio show “Choi Hwa Jung’s Power Time” on October 21, Jang Jae In explained that now she feels a lot better after extensive treatment.
She said, “I am a lot better now, and very happy to be back after so long. I want to work hard now. I used to think that everything should be perfect, but after my illness, I have decided that nothing will get me down me anymore. I think my character has changed quite a bit.”
Jang Jae In signed to the Mystic89 talent agency after reaching third place on SBS’ “Superstar K2,” and has since gone on to release hits such as “Winter Night” and “Early Days.”
