Police Have Requested Search and Seize Warrant for Lovelyz' Seo Ji Soo's Case

Police investigation regarding the spread of rumors about Lovelyz‘ Seo Ji Soo is officially getting under way.

On November 12, the cyber investigation team at the Seoul Mapo Police Station said, “In order to obtain the accounts of netizens who are spreading the rumors, we have requested a search and seize warrant.” As soon as the warrant is issued, the police will start tracking IP addresses as well as performing background investigations.

Previously, various rumors were being spread online about the Lovelyz member, including those about her sexual orientation, cases of bullying, etc.

Earlier today, it was revealed that Seo Ji Soo will be taking a break from group activities due to psychological instability, and that while the debut showcase will move forward as planned with the remaining seven members, group promotions will be temporarily halted. Read more here.
