MC Mong Scores Gaon Chart Success with Comeback Album

Rapper MC Mong has been enjoying chart success with his long-awaited comeback album “Miss Me or Diss Me.” Chart compiler Gaon has released figures showing that the album’s lead song “Did You Miss Me,” which features Jin Sil of Mad Soul Child, has topped the compiler’s digital, download, and streaming charts for the period November 2 to November 8.

Other songs from MC Mong’s new album have also done extremely well on the Gaon chart, and a total of ten other tracks from the artist’s new album occupied the number two to number eleven spots on the digital charts.

“Miss Me or Diss Me” features collaborations with a large range of big-name K-pop stars, including SISTAR member Hyorin, Leessang’s Gary, Girl’s Day star Minah, as well as solo singers Lyn, Baek Ji Young, and Ailee.

Meanwhile, Gaon’s number one album for the same time period was Super Junior’s special edition version of “This Is Love.”
