Netizen Releases Alleged Nude Photo of Rain, Rain's Agency to Take Legal Action

On November 13, a netizen released a photo of a nude man online, claiming it is a photo of Rain from girlfriend Kim Tae Hee’s phone.

In response, Rain’s agency has expressed that it will be taking legal action. Rain’s legal representative Kim Nam Hong said in a phone call with Newsen on November 13, “Sometime today or tomorrow, we are planning on submitting a complaint. This is without a doubt a false rumor.”

The representative continued, “We do not know why something like this was released. At first we thought it was something to just laugh and forget about, but there seem to be many who think it actually is Rain. We thought people would think otherwise, but it is becoming a problem. Moreover, it is something that will be seen not only in Korea, but China and Japan, as well. The fact that it says the photo is from Kim Tae Hee’s phone is an issue, also.”
