“Healer’s” Park Min Young: “I Came to Understand Tabloid Journalists”

Actress Park Min Young revealed that she has come to understand the psychology of journalists through her role as an entertainment journalist in upcoming KBS 2TV Monday-Tuesday drama “Healer.”

Director Lee Jung Sup and cast members Yoo Ji Tae, Ji Chang Wook, Woo Hee Jin, Park Sang Won, and Do Ji Won were present at a production press conference that was held on December 4 for the upcoming drama.

At the press conference, Park Min Young revealed, “I became an expert on all things entertainment. I even interviewed some of my journalist friends.” She continued, “Through this [playing the role of a journalist], I came to understand independent tabloid journalists, that it is inevitable that they are going to be so passionate in their rush to get the exclusive scoop. I thought that it must be difficult for journalists. I came to understand them a lot.”

The action-romance drama “Healer” will air its first episode on KBS 2TV on December 9, 10 p.m. KST.
