"Healer" Producer Says the Drama Is a Heart-breaking Romance

At the press release for the KBS 2TV new Monday-Tuesday drama “Healer,” which was held on December 4, producer Lee Jeong Sup revealed that the drama is a heart-breaking romance.

He said, “It’s a drama that I decided to make with screenwriter Song Ji Na last year.”

“‘Healer’ is the after story of ‘Sand Glass’ from our parents’ generation. It is the tale of their children,” he explained. “It is based on the life of media workers whose parents were journalists in the 80s. Due to the parents’ ill-fated relationships, the younger generation will experience heartbreaking romances. I hope you look forward to it.”

“Healer” is an action romance in which young characters, who grew up believing politics and justice were nothing but a nuisance, fight against the world leftover by their parents’ generation.

The first episode will be aired on December 8 at 10 p.m.
