Song Jae Rim Shows How He Maintains His Well-Built Body in "Human Documentary"
On the December 6 broadcast of “Human Documentary,” actor Song Jae Rim showed off his well-built body that he has worked hard to maintain over the past 10 years.
During the broadcast, the actor shared that because he debuted as a model, staying fit has long been a part of his lifestyle. He revealed that it has been 10 years since he started working out regularly.
However, it wasn’t just through exercise that Song Jae Rim was able to achieve his body. He said, “When I used to work at an industrial factory, I would bike to and fro from Shillim-dong to Garibong-dong. My thighs grew really thick as a result.”
To comments that his appearance has changed a lot since “The Moon that Embraces the Sun,” he replied, “I had just transitioned from modeling into acting, so I was pretty thin. I weighed roughly 59 kg.” He said that cutting his hair and losing some weight on his face also might have contributed to the difference.
Song Jae Rim debuted as a CF model in 2009. He began his acting career with a minor role in the film “Actresses,” and had his breakout role in the hit MBC drama “The Moon that Embraces the Sun.”
