Kang Hye Jung Prefers Haru to Become a Musician Like Her Dad, CL, or G-Dragon Rather Than an Actor
Actor Kang Hye Jung revealed her wistful hope that her daughter, Haru, would become a musician like G-dragon or CL.
In an interview with OSEN on December 22, Kang Hye Jung mentioned, “Haru recently said, ‘When I grow up, I want to do what mommy does.’ She said so because she wanted to spend time with me.”
She added, “She only said she wanted to become an actor because she wants to hang out with me. She inherently loves music a lot more,” portraying that she would rather want her daughter to become a singer than an actor.
“Park Myung Soo is right. A job that lets you work in the warmth when it’s cold and in the coolness when it’s hot is a good job,” Kang Hye Jung said. “If Haru becomes a singer, I hope she makes her own original music. If not, I think the whole process loses its meaning. If she becomes a musician who knows how to make her own music like G-dragon, Cl, her dad, or Teddy, then I don’t see any reason to object.”
Meanwhile, in the movie “How to Steal a Dog,” Kang Hye Jung will be playing the role of an immature mother who becomes the head of the family when her husband runs away. This human comedy tells the odd story of a 10-year-old girl who tries to steal a dog in order to retrieve her dad and house.
