2AM Seulong Confirmed for New tvN Romantic Comedy

2AM’s Seulong has been cast in tvN’s new Monday-Tuesday mini series “Hogoo’s Love” (tentative English title), rounding out the lead cast, which consists of After School’s Uee, Choi Woo Sik, and Lee Soo Kyung.

“Hogoo’s Love” is a romantic comedy that handles the complicated relationships and dangerous friendships that ensue following the reunion of Kang Hogoo (Choi Woo Sik) and his first crush and professional swimmer Do Do Hee (Uee).

Im Seulong takes on the role of Byun Kang Chul, a lawyer who is the epitome of perfection, having never lost a single case. His character stands in stark contrast to Kang Hogoo, who has no game, while Byun Kang Chul has no need for game in his utter flawlessness.

Director Pyo Min Soo is at the megaphone for this drama, following previous works such as “Iris 2,” “Full House,” and “The World That They Live In.” The drama is based off of a webtoon of the same name by Yoo Hyun Sook, and will air following the conclusion of “Valid Love” on February 9 at 11 p.m. KST.
