ZE:A’s Im Siwan Says He’s Willing and Ready to Film a R-rated Melodrama

ZE:A member and actor Im Siwan recently revealed that he does not mind shooting a R-rated melodrama.

On the January 3 broadcast of KBS’ “Entertainment Weekly,” cameras followed Siwan to the set of his advertisement shoot where he sat down for a brief interview.

During the interview, the reporter asked the ZE:A member why there isn’t much controversy surrounding his acting, to which he responded, “I think it worked to my advantage that I had low recognition while promoting as an idol,” expressing a humble answer.

Siwan also shared, “In the future, I want to try a lot of different roles. All of the roles I have done until now were not all the same. I want to continue to widen my spectrum.”

After hearing this, the reporter asked if a R-rated melodrama is included in the various genres he wants to try and Siwan revealed, “I wouldn’t turn it down. I’m ready,” causing laughter with his response.
