MBK Entertainment to Also Debut a New Girl Group This Year

Following the news of MBK Entertainment (previously know as Core Contents Media) debuting a new five-member male group later this year, it has now been reported that the company is also preparing for the launch of a new girl group, dubbed as ‘T-ara‘s sister group.’

According to news outlet OSEN, MBK has been secretly planning the launch of the group, and their debut is expected to take place sometime during the first half of the year.

Apart from exclusive photos of members Hee Hyun, Eun Jin, and Min Hyun obtained and revealed by OSEN, no additional information of the group has been shared. According to OSEN, the member line-up and group name have yet to be decided. Despite being called the ‘sister group of T-ara,’ the new group is expected to go for a completely different style of music and set themselves apart from T-ara and other girl groups.
