Im Siwan Held Back His Excitement for Success of “Misaeng”

Actor and ZE:A member Im Siwan said he had to force himself from showing his excitement about the “Misaeng” drama’s success on “Section TV.”

“We were shooting, so I had to hold back my excitement,” revealed Im Siwan. “If I let my emotions go, then it wouldn’t have fit the character of Jang Geu Rae.”

Aside from revealing his suppression, he also talked about which drama was the turning point for his acting career.

Between “Misaeng,” “The Attorney,” and “The Moon that Embraces the Sun,” Im Siwan said, “I would have to say ‘The Moon that Embraces the Sun’ was the turning point for my acting career. It was the first series I had acted in.”

Im Siwan debuted as an actor in 2012 on the series, “The Moon that Embraces the Sun.”
