Genius Hacker Apologizes for Hacking and Releasing Kim Tae Hee’s Graduation Photo

Genius hacker Lee Doo Hee formally apologized for his past misdeed on KBS2’s “Let’s Go! Dream Team.”

The episode featured a non-athletic competition, in which many celebrities participated. Instead of the usual athletic obstacles the cast has to overcome, the episode tested the contestants’ hand at luck. They simply had to choose a number from one to five, and whoever chose the lucky number simply won the endeavor.

Among the special guests was Hong Jin Ho, and he brought his friend Lee Doo Hee onto the show, introducing him as “the genius hacker who hacked Kim Tae Hee’s university network and divulged her graduation photo online.” The two have appeared together on the cable variety show “The Genius 2.”

Lee Doo Hee said he released the photo because “doesn’t everyone want to see what she looked like in her college days?”

He also went on to apologize, “I wanted to contact her, but I couldn’t. I’m sorry [for the misdeed].”

Meanwhile, the episode also featured EXID’s Hani, Jung Ga Eun, Chun Yi Seul, Lee Pani, Secret’sHana, Hyun Jin Young, Kim Chang Ryul, Kim Sung Soo, No Yoo Min, Suk Joo Il, Nam Chang Hee, Shorry J, Kim Kyung Jin, and A-Jax’s Hyeong Kon.
