Lee Da Hae Purchases Building in Gangnam Worth 3 Million USD

Actor Lee Da Hae is now an owner of a building in Gangnam that is worth 3.3 billion KRW (approx. three million USD).

A representative of her managing agency, FNC Entertainment, told Star News on January 20, “We are aware that Lee Da Hae recently bought a building in Nonhyeon-dong, Seoul.”

He added, “It looks like she bought the building under both her and her mother’s name.”

The building is said to have two floors, and it is located nearby Gangnam District Office Station. Considering the poor state of the property, it is highly likely that Lee Da Hae will tear down the building and construct a new one. According to a local real estate broker, the actress purchased the building for a relatively low price. Similar properties in the area usually sell for a higher average price.

Meanwhile, Lee Da Hae’s most recent work was MBC’s weekend drama, “Hotel King,” which ended in last July, with Lee Dong Wook. She is currently relaxing and looking over options for her next drama or film.
