KBS2 Prepares for a New Show Starring Idols in India

Lee Ye Ji, the producer of KBS 2TV’s “Hello Counselor” and “Cool Kiz on the Block,” is in preparation of a new reality variety show starring idols.

According to broadcast associates on January 21, Producer Lee Ye Ji is preparing for a reality program starring idols. The program will be set in India, and will show the process of popular Korean idol groups trying to achieve popularity in India as well.

The associates also said, “Right now, Producer Lee Ye Ji is in India for research. The first shoot is expected to be around the middle of February.”

Meanwhile, Lee Ye Ji entered KBS in 2004, and in 2010, produced “Hello Counselor,” which took first place in its time slot over MBC’s “Come to Play” and SBS’s “Healing Camp.” There were talks last year about her signing with SM C&C, but she decided to stay with KBS. Recently, she has been producing “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook.”
