Release Date of f(x) Amber’s Mini Album Set to February 16

SM Entertainment had announced earlier that f(x)’s Amber is coming back for the first time as a solo artist around the second week of February. On February 5, SM confirmed that Amber will make her debut on February 16 with a mini album titled “Beautiful”.

Amber, who has been active as a member of f(x) since 2009 and had many fans globally, has been recently gaining more attention as a soldier in MBC’s “Real Men.” As many SM solo artists, such as Henry, Taemin, Kyuhyun, and Jonghyun, have been successful in 2014 and beginning of 2015, many fans are looking forward to her music as a solo artist.

Amber participated in making all five of the songs in the album through writing lyrics and composing. It’s not her first time participating in composing as she showed her potential through “Summer Love” which is included in f(x)’s third album. Also, Girls’ Generation‘s Taeyeon will be featuring in the title song of the album.
