Kris and Luhan’s Mediation with SM Entertainment Yield Unsuccessful Results Once Again

In the midst of Kris (Wu Yi Fan) and Luhan’s ongoing legal battle against SM Entertainment, the former EXO members’ respective mediations with the agency have yielded unsuccessful results once again.

Both Kris and Luhan resumed their mediation on the same day. This was Kris’ fourth court-appointed mediation with SME, and the third for Luhan.

The courtroom mediation took place on February 6 at 2 p.m. (KST) for a total of 30 minutes. Kris was the first one to file the lawsuit against SME to terminate his contract, in May of last year. Luhan followed suit in November with a similar case to nullify his contract with SME. However, both sides of the lawsuit failed to reach an agreement, just as the last round ended.

Meanwhile, SME recently filed a lawsuit against the two ex-EXO members who are pursuing entertainment activities in China in violation of their contract.
