Kim Young Kwang Talks About His “Pinocchio” Character + What Role He Wants to Try

Model-turned-actor Kim Young Kwang recently took part in an interview and talked about what kind of character he would like to take on in a future production, as well as his own opinion on his role in the SBS drama “Pinocchio.”

On the February 14 broadcast of KBS’ “Entertainment Weekly,” the interviewer brought up the topic of his second-generation chaebol role in “Pinocchio.” About his character, Kim Young Kwang shared, “Filming was fun because I received vicarious satisfaction [through my character]. I drove a nice car, lived in a nice house, wore nice clothes, and ate good food.”

When asked what kind of role he would like to take on next, he explained, “I’ve done the ‘first love’ character a lot, so I think it would be good to try a psychopath character. Rather than just stealing the hearts of women, I want to grab the public [with my acting].”
