Kang So Ra and Seo Kang Joon have been transformed into a chicken-loving couple for a Goobne Chicken advertisement.

On February 16, the restaurant chain revealed that the two actors had been chosen as its latest spokespeople and that filming for their TV advertisement had been completed. “The fresh and healthy images of Kang So Ra and Seo Kang Joon were judged to correspond well with our brand’s clean and healthy image. On these grounds they were chosen as our newest spokespeople,” the company said.

The head of Goobne Chicken also weighed in on the topic, saying, “Through these ads both the actors and our brand will be able to receive a lot of fan support.” While the official TV commercial won’t be aired until March, a few shots of the actors modeling with the chicken were released and can be viewed below.

The intimate set of photos feature Kang So Ra and Seo Kang Joon linking arms and smiling at the camera, about to eat their chicken. Another features Seo Kang Joon as he offers Kang So Ra a piece. Although there are no images of the two actors actually taking bites, one can only hope they were rewarded with some real chicken after a long day of filming.
