
"Misaeng" Byun Yo Han Wants to Become an Actor That Korea Needs
Byun Yo Han recently had a pictorial and interview with fashion magazine Nylon.
In the photos, Byun Yo Han is seen wearing all black with tousled hair. His usual playful demeanor is replaced with serious expressions.
In the accompanying interview, Byun Yo Han was asked what type of actors he wants to become. He answered, “I want to became an actor that Korea needs,” sharing his aspirations.
Byun Yo Han appears in “Social Phobia” as a man studying to become a policeman who investigates the suicide of a woman who insulted a soldier through social media. He won the Independent Movie Star Award for his portrayal in the film. The film will be released on March 12.
Byun Yo Han has appeared in several independent films but rose to fame for his portrayal as Han Seok Yool in last year’s hit TV drama “Misaeng.”
