Hong Jong Hyun Does a Cute Heart Dance for Yura on “We Got Married”
Hong Jong Hyun did a cute heart dance for his virtual wife Yura in honor of the Lunar New Year.
On the February 21 broadcast of MBC’s “We Got Married,” Hong Jong Hyun and Yura exchanged New Year’s bows and handsels.
Before his bow, Hong Jong Hyun asked Yura if there was anything she wanted him to say, and she said, “Jagiya” (term of endearment similar to “darling”). Hong Jong Hyun was clearly embarrassed, but he granted Yura’s wish and said, “Jagiya, Happy New Year.”
But Yura’s wishes did not stop there. She gave Hong Jong Hyun only 30,000 won (approximately $27 USD) for his handsel, saying she would give him more if he does a heart dance.
Her hubby was again flustered and made a small heart, but Yura said she wanted a big heart dance complete with “Jagiya, Happy New Year.”
In the end, Hong Jong Hyun awkwardly but adorably fulfilled her wish.
In the interview, Hong Jong Hyun said, “I’m really not good at dancing. It’s not that I don’t dance or don’t like it; I really can’t dance.”
“Why did I do it? I think I’ve gotten a lot more shameless,” he laughed.
