Infinite, Jay Park, and HA:TFELT Win Netizen's Artist of the Year Award at Korean Music Awards

Infinite, Jay Park, and HA:TFELT have won the Netizen’s Artist of the Year Award at the 12th Korean Music Awards.

The Korean Music Awards announced on February 23 that “Infinite, Jay Park, and HA:TFELT have won the Netizen’s Artist of the Year award for the group, male, and female categories, respectively.”

The category winners were purely decided by netizen votes, which were collected from February 3 to February 22.

The Korean Music Awards are one of the most prestigious music awards in the country, determined by a board of 67 individuals ranging from music critics, radio producers, to music show producers. Unlike many other music awards, the KMA’s do not take album sales or popularity into consideration for its main categories.

The official ceremony for the 12th Korean Music Awards will take place on February 26.
