YoonA of Girls' Generation to Be Recognized with Achievement Award at Dongguk University's Convocation

On February 24, Dongguk University will be holding its 2015 spring convocation ceremony. During the convocation 2458 bachelors, masters, and doctoral degrees will be awarded.

One of the students who will be receiving her degree will be Girls’ Generation‘s YoonA, who will be receiving her bachelor’s degree in theatre and film studies after starting her degree in 2009. On top of her degree, she will also be receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award for her positive influence on the image and publicity of the school.

YoonA has consistently been receiving awards for her contributions throughout her time at the university as a student, including the Arts and Athletics Minister’s Award in 2010, and the Prime Minister’s Award in 2011. She has also acted as Dongguk University’s public relations ambassador in 2014 for the University’s 108th year anniversary.
