Kim Hyun Joong's Ex-Girlfriend Claims to Have Evidence of Her Pregnancy

Miss Choi, the ex-girlfriend of Kim Hyun Joong, claims to have evidence of her pregnancy.

The legal representative of Miss Choi, lawyer Sun Jong Moon from Sun & Partners, revealed to TV Report on February 24, “It is true that Miss Choi is pregnant with the child of Kim Hyun Joong. We have evidence to prove this.”

“We have enough evidence to prove that she is pregnant. Miss Choi is currently puzzled about the news of her pregnancy being revealed to the public. She is receiving prenatal care and taking care of her physical and mental health,” the lawyer added.

In regards to earlier reports claiming that Miss Choi stopped responding to calls and messages from Kim Hyun Joong after reaching a mutual decision to break up at the end of last year, the representative said, “It is not true that she disappeared. They have been in constant touch from when she found out about the pregnancy until very recently.”

Kim Hyun Joong’s agency is said to be preparing an official statement in response to Miss Choi’s claims.

Update:

Miss Choi’s lawyer has made an additional statement to another news outlet, claiming that they have already presented their evidence of Miss Choi’s pregnancy to Kim Hyun Joong.

“We have submitted evidence that proves Miss Choi’s pregnancy to Kim Hyun Joong. … We have yet to decide how to take care of the suspicions surrounding [Miss Choi] in the future. We will clarify our position as soon as we are ready. However, we want to express that the press release published yesterday (February 23) by Kim Hyun Joong’s agency is not true,” the legal representative stated to OSEN.

Update II:

Kim Hyun Joong’s side has stepped forward to clarify that they did not intend to appear suspicious of Miss Choi’s pregnancy, and that Kim Hyun Joong has been aware of her state since early January.

Key East stated to Star News, “Kim Hyun Joong has not been dishonest about Miss Choi’s pregnancy. It is unfortunate that [reports] give the impression that Kim Hyun Joon is suspicious and denying it. Kim Hyun Joong requested Miss Choi to get a check-up in order to verify the health status of the baby and the mother.”

“Miss Choi informed Kim Hyun Joong about her pregnancy in the beginning of January, and he even received an ultrasound photo. At this, he asked Miss Choi to go to the clinic for a check-up with the parents. However, she did not respond,” the agency continued.

“What we meant with ‘he will take responsibility if the pregnancy is confirmed’ in the report released on February 23 is that that we intend to check the health status of the baby and the mother,” they concluded.

Update III:

Kim Hyun Joong’s agency has released yet another statement stating that they would like to confirm with both families present the state of the child, and afterwards discuss the care of the baby. However, while they had agreed to meet on February 24 at 2 p.m., Miss Choi and her family did not show.
