VIXX’s Hongbin to Step in as New MC of SBS MTV’s “The Show”

It has been reported that VIXX’s Hongbin will be stepping in as a brand new host of SBS MTV’s “The Show.”

According to a broadcast official, Hongbin recently confirmed his MC position on the show.

Last month, Girl’s Day’s Hyeri announced that she would no longer be appearing on the show as a MC. To take her place, Hongbin is expected to join Super Junior-M’s Zhoumi and T-ara’s Jiyeon as a host.

“The Show” is a live music program that showcases behind-the-scenes stories of K-Pop stars through various segments including “The Show News” and “The Show Code.”

Meanwhile, Hongbin has been receiving increasing recognition not only through his promotions as a part of VIXX, but also through his appearances in dramas, such as SBS‘ “Glorious Day,” as well as music videos.
