Jang Hyun Sung Gives Updates on How His Sons Are Doing after Leaving "Superman Returns"

Actor Jang Hyun Sung gave some updates about his sons Joon Woo and Joon Seo. He revealed in an interview recently that “the children are growing up well. They got quite a lot bigger.”

He said, “If they’re with me, people sometimes still recognize them. I think they’re getting a bit used to that.” However, he added, “But since we live in a quieter neighborhood, after a month or two after leaving ‘Superman Returns,’ we were able to get back to our normal routine.”

Jang Hyun Sung started KBS2‘s variety show “Superman Returns” in Septemberof 2013 with his two sons. He unfortunately had to leave the show eight months later due to his schedules and so that the boys could focus on school.

While “Superman Returns” was popular when Jang Hyun Sung and his children were on it, the program became even more popular as Song Il Guk and his triplets took his place. When asked whether he had any regrets about leaving the show, he said, “Not at all. I think leaving the show was a good decision for both me and my kids.”

He also revealed, “I still spend as much time with my kids as I did when I was on ‘Superman Returns.’ The thing that changed is that I don’t cook as much anymore.” He also said, “I have a lot of work right now, but I’m not as busy as you might think. Once I go home, I don’t come out that much.”

The actor is currently acting in “Heard It Through the Grapevine.”
