FTISLAND’s Lee Hong Ki Reveals He Fought with His Agency for 9 Years
FTISLAND member Lee Hong Ki recently shared the story behind why he fought with his agency, FNC Entertainment, for nine years.
On the episode of JTBC’s variety talk show “Witch Hunt” that aired on March 13, Lee Hong Ki appeared as a guest alongside Brown Eyed Girls’ Gain, and earned the love of the four main MCs with his witty words and honesty.
During the episode, the FTISLAND member revealed, “For the first time, [FTISLAND] is coming out with music that we want to do and not music that the company made for us. I fought with the agency for nine years [because of this]. After [fighting for nine years], we finally earned FTISLAND’s very own full-length album.”
Meanwhile, FTISLAND will be making a comeback with their distinct sound through their fifth full-length album, which is scheduled for release on March 23.
