Rap Monster Says Collaborating with Soyu Was a Dream Come True
In a recent interview with Star News, Rap Monster of boy band BTS opens up about his most memorable on-stage collaborations thus far.
He says that collaborating with SISTAR’s Soyu on “Stupid in Love” at the 2014 KBS Music Festival was like a dream come true, “I always wanted to work with a female vocal, and recently my wish came true. And on top of that it was SISTAR’s Soyu, so it feel like a dream. I mean, she’s the hottest female vocal these days.”
Rap Monster shares that his most memorable stage performance so far was with Block B’s Zico at the 2014 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA), “There had been no opportunity [until then] to let the mainstream audience know of my existence. And through the performance with Zico hyung, I think I was able to lay it all out on stage.”
Indeed, the performance was not just a memorable one for Rap Monster but left a strong impression on viewers, earning him recognition as a skilled idol.
Rap Monster says he is planning all the more collaborations in the future.
