"We Got Married" New Cast Members Choose Their Spouses

New cast members of MBC’s virtual marriage show “We Got Married,” Henry, Lee Jong Hyun, Yewon, and Gong Seung Yeon, have picked their matches!

On the March 21 broadcast of “We Got Married,” the four cast members all gather at an aquarium to make their final selection after going on dates with both of their potential virtual spouses.

The ladies write the name of their pick on a card and wait at a designated location while the guys are told to seek out the girl they would like to marry. The two people will only become a couple if both select each other.

The first one to go is Lee Jong Hyun. He passes Yewon and walks toward Gong Seung Yeon. Yewon laughs and says, “Let’s meet at the married couples’ meeting later.”

Gong Seung Yeon smiles when she sees Lee Jong Hyun. She reveals that she wrote his name in her card, and Lee Jong Hyun cannot contain his happiness.

On the other hand, Henry approaches Yewon first but asks, “When we were on our date, I put my cellphone in your purse. Where is it?” He leaves her in search of his cellphone, and Yewon doesn’t seem to know what to do. But Henry returns saying it was a joke and his attempt at playing hard to get.

Yewon reveals that she also wrote his name in her card, and the two become a couple.

In an interview, Yewon says, “Maybe it was because I had my first date with him, but Henry came to mind. I think it will be a lot of fun with Henry.”
