Former EXO Members Kris and Luhan Once Again Fail to Reach Settlement with SM Entertainment

Attempts to settle the exclusive contract dispute between former EXO members Kris and Luhan and label SM Entertainment have stalled once again.

Meetings between lawyers for both sides took place on March 27 at the Seoul Central District Court and lasted just 15 minutes. It was the fifth round of mediation talks for Kris and the fourth round for Luhan. After once again failing to find a middle ground, it appears that both sides are settling in for a prolonged legal battle. If both sides are unable to reach an agreement, the case will decided in court as a civil suit.

Meanwhile, after voicing their wishes to leave EXO/SM last year, Kris and Luhan have been dealing with legal issues while working independently in China.
