Luhan's Camp Hopes Next Mediation with SM Entertainment Will Be the Last

On March 27, the lawyers for Luhan and SM Entertainment met at Seoul Central District Court for their fourth court meeting. However, yet again they failed to find the middle ground.

Luhan’s representatives posted on their official Weibo, “We failed to reach an agreement with SM, though we’ve constantly shown generosity. We hope that the next court meeting will be our last.”

Previously, after Luhan had sued SM Entertainment to nullify his contract, SM had released an official statement saying, “Suing when there is no issue to start with is a display of an individual’s greed after gaining success through group work. He is ignoring all the responsibilities as a member of a group and the relationships of interest generated through these contracts. “

SM also sued the Chinese advertiser who hired Luhan as the main model, despite the fact that he is still undergoing legal disputes.
