Preorders for EXO’s Album “EXODUS” Have Already Reached Half a Million
There is no doubt that EXO is currently one of the hottest boy groups, clearly proved in hard numbers by their album sales. At this rate, their second official album “EXODUS” may hit a new record for sales.
On April 1, their managing agency SM Entertainment said, “Preorders for EXO’s official second album ‘EXODUS’ have reached 502,440 copies (321,200 copies in Korea and 181,240 copies in Chinese), already passing the half million point.”
They added, “Their title song ‘Call Me Baby’ topped charts immediately since its release, and the album has been ranked #1 on several music charts, including Hanteo Chart, Synnara Record, Hot Tracks, and Yes 24.”
Previously, EXO’s first official album “XOXO” reached the milestone of a million copies, becoming the first album to do so in 12 years.
Meanwhile, EXO will be making their comeback on April 2, through Mnet’s “M!Countdown.”
