Jessi Announces Release Date for New Solo Single

Rapper Jessi of Lucky J will be dropping a solo single soon!

She shared the news through her Instagram on April 22, revealing that her new single “I Want to Be Me” will hit online music stores on April 24 at midnight. The song was personally produced by Jessi two years ago when she was going through a tough time, making the track particularly meaningful to her.

Fans will get to hear the song live for the first time at the “Unpretty Rapstar Concert” held on April 25 at Korea University.

The rapper shot to fame after appearing on Mnet’s female rapper survival show “Unpretty Rapstar,” and is currently topping the charts with Park Jin Young‘s latest hit “Who’s Your Mama?” that features Jessi as the guest rapper.
