FTISLAND Wins "Asia's Popular Band" Award at Cool Music Asia Festival Award

FTISLAND has won the “Asia’s Popular Band” award at the Cool Music Asia Festival Award, held in China.

The group won the title at the awards ceremony, which was held on April 23. It was one of the three major awards given that night.

FTISLAND topped various music charts in China with their latest hits “Pray” and “To the Light,” from their fifth album “I Will.”

Although they could not be there in person to receive the award, they sent a message through their agency, saying, “It’s an honor that the music we have created and performed has been given such a great award. We will try our best to become the band befitting the title.”

Cool Music Asia Festival Award is an award ceremony created by two of China’s biggest music sites, Kugou and Kuwo.

FTISLAND will embark on their Asian tour in May, starting with Taiwan.
