Henry Describes His Close Relationship with Amber
Super Junior-M‘s Henry’s unfiltered comments on the latest broadcast of “Happy Together” left his fellow cast mates a bit shocked.
Henry appeared in the April 30 “Oh~ Brother” special broadcast of KBS 2TV’s “Happy Together 3” along with Jinusean, Jung Sung Hwa, Kim Young Chul, and f(x) member Amber. During the episode, Henry denied rumors of romance between him and Amber, saying, “There’s a lot of people who will doubt what I say, but we’re like brother and sister.”
“We’re so close that we just go back and forth between each other’s houses. But that’s actually pretty natural in foreign countries,” he explained. Later when talking about working on music together, Henry said, “we’ve even slept together before,” sending the studio into an uproar. An embarrassed Amber then defended herself, saying, “Don’t say it like that. Why did you say it like that? You came to Korea earlier than I did, why can’t you speak Korean?,” drawing laughter from everyone.
Henry then went on to shock the cast again, describing a joke that he does in front of Amber from time to time. “I don’t normally wear clothes when I’m at home,” he explained, describing his normal habits at home. He can’t be naked when Amber is around but he does play jokes on her when she is over. “I’m very comfortable around Amber, so sometimes when she’s at my house and I’m bored I joke around with her by turning around and pulling my pants up and down,” he said, reenacting the movement. Amber then described how she got the better of him by saying she just replies to him, “Come here. I’ll take them off.”
Yoo Jae Suk then drew laughter when he commented, “I don’t joke around like this even with my close younger sister.”
