Lee Jong Hyun Is Determined to Get a Kiss from Gong Seung Yeon

CNBLUE’s Lee Jong Hyun shows his determination to receive a kiss from his on-screen wife, actress Gong Seung Yeon.

During a recent recording of MBC’s variety marriage show “We Got Married,” Gong Seung Yeon revealed that she had a surprise gift for Lee Jong Hyun.

She made a request to her on-screen husband: “Close your eyes.” Without a second of hesitation, Lee Jong Hyun closed his eyes and stuck out one side of his cheek, as if expecting a kiss.

After seeing this, Gong Seung Yeon pretended to give him a peck on the cheek by pressing two of her fingers against his cheek.

However, Lee Jong Hyun was not fooled, exclaiming, “I’m 26 years old!” unable to hide the sad expression from his face. Her teasing actions worked up Lee Jong Hyun’s determination to get a real kiss. Whenever the couple shared their wishes when placing a bet, the CNBLUE member continued to ask for a kiss.

When Gong Seung Yeon became embarrassed by his wish, Lee Jong Hyun nonchalantly explained, “A married couple is allowed to kiss.”

This episode of “We Got Married” will air on May 9 at 5 p.m. (KST).
