INFINITE’s Sunggyu Drops MVs for Double Title Tracks “Kontrol” and “It Has to Be You”

INFINITE’s Sunggyu has dropped the music videos for double title tracks “Kontrol” and “It Has to Be You” (working title) off of his second solo album “27,” which was released on May 11.

The influence of Nell’s Kim Jong Wan, who produced the whole album, is evident in the emotive, cathartic sound of both tracks. Directed by Hwang Soo Ah, the music video for “Kontrol” features gorgeous cinematography that gives artsy indie short films a run for their money.

The music video for “It Has to Be You” is in comparison much more stripped down, and Sunggyu perfectly conveys the raw emotion of the lyrics, which were co-written by Kim Jong Wan and ZOOEY.
