BIGBANG to Appear on KBS Variety for First Time in 9 Years with “Happy Together”

It has been reported that BIGBANG will be making a guest appearance on an upcoming episode of “Happy Together.”

This is said to be BIGBANG’s first time appearing on a KBS variety program as a full group in nine years, since their debut.

According to a broadcast official on May 11, BIGBANG will be taking part in the recording of “Happy Together” this coming May 15.

While various members have appeared separately on KBS variety programs around the beginning of their debut, such as “Star Golden Bell” and “Gag Concert,” all five members have yet to guest on a show together, until now.

This news comes after the meeting between Yang Hyun Suk and a high-rank official of KBS’ variety department a few days ago, during which it appears the two discussed and confirmed BIGBANG’s appearance on the broadcast network’s show.

With Jinusean recently appearing on KBS’ “Music Bank” and “Happy Together,” and now BIGBANG’s upcoming appearance on the same show, YGE and KBS seem to be working toward a more amiable working relationship between the two parties.
