Onew Sneakily Hinted at SHINee’s Comeback Weeks Ahead of Time?

Onew’s past mysterious post on his personal Instagram account has recently been gaining attention after fans belatedly figured out the meaning behind it.

This past April 15, SHINee’s Onew wrote a caption on his Instagram post, which fans shrugged off as Onew being his silly self and speaking in his own language, as it seemed to make no sense.

He had uploaded a photo of the clouds that have been seen countless times in dance practice videos of various SM Entertainment artists, along with a caption that reads, “OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.”

At the time, fans had not thought to count the number of “O’s” in the post. However, after SHINee’s comeback date was recently revealed, fans came to the realization that his caption had been a hint. As the number five in Korean is pronounced “O,” and May is the fifth month of the year, Onew had written 18 “O’s” to represent the group’s comeback date.

Meanwhile, SHINee is gearing up to release its fourth full-length album titled “Odd” on May 18.
