Announcer Jo Woo Jong Apologizes for Comment About INFINITE's Appearance

Announcer Jo Woo Jong apologized for his comments about INFINITE‘s appearance.

On May 16, Jo Woo Jong posted on his Twitter, “I’m sorry to the fans of INFINITE. I know the worst in terms of looks is me. I know.. It was in the script but I think I went about it wrong.”

He added, “I am also a loving fan of INFINITE and I apologize once more.”

He was referring to the comments that he made on a live broadcast of KBS‘s National Choir‘s music video filming for “I Am Korea” on May 15. While talking with INFINITE’s Sunggyu and L, he said, “Two members of INFINITE are here with us today. But it seems that the members came based on looks. I think it’s the best and worst.”

At that, Sunggyu said wittily, “I’m the best, right?” but the comment still upset the fans.
