Clara Reveals Details of Polaris CEO’s Alleged Inappropriate Behavior towards Her
Clara has revealed details of Polaris Entertainment CEO Lee Gyu Tae’s alleged inappropriate behavior towards her.
On May 13, Clara, who is being sued along with her father by Lee Gyu Tae on charges of blackmailing, was called by the prosecution for investigation. During the investigation, Clara denied having blackmailed Lee Gyu Tae and claimed that she filed for release from her exclusive contract because of the CEO’s inappropriate behavior towards her.
According to a televised report aired on May 20, Clara said, “Lee Gyu Tae treated me like his woman” and “CEO Lee not only took me out to restaurants at the finest hotels but also bought me a purse from French luxury brand Hermès. Moreover, CEO Lee scared me when he followed me into a restroom at the business center of an elite hotel.”
She continued, “I told my father Lee Seung Gyu about this and decided to demand the termination of my exclusive contract.”
Lee Gyu Tae has pressed criminal charges against Clara and her father, claiming that in order to terminate her exclusive contract without paying up the one billion won in breach-of-contract damages, Clara threatened to release to the media her exchanges with CEO Lee.
