KARA's Han Seungyeon Buys 4.5 Billion Won Building in Gangnam

It has been belatedly revealed that KARA‘s Han Seungyeon has purchased a building in the upscale Cheongdam-dong area of Gangnam, Seoul.

According to reports, she became the owner of a five-floor building in April 2014. She has since torn down the old property and is currently constructing a new one. She reportedly bought the building for 4.5 billion KRW ($4.04 million USD) with 59 percent of the purchase price financed through a loan.

The property is located within a five minute walk from Cheongdam Station exit 8, which is an area known for its high returns. The property value is only expected to increase upon completion of the new building.

Meanwhile, Han Seungyeon recently gained attention for flaunting her smarts on tvN’s “Problematic Men.”
