Kim Jong Kook Promises to Get Married Before Age 45

Actor Ahn Jae Wook recently tied the knot with his wife, and many of his friends, including Cha Tae Hyun and Kim Jong Kook, attended his wedding.

The two best friends also gave a short interview during their photo-time at the wedding, and Cha Tae Hyun said, “I hope [Ahn Jae Wook] starts a happy family, and now I will work on sending Kim Jong Kook away since he’s the only one left.”

In response, Kim Jong Kook said, “Jae Wook hyung should’ve gotten married a long time ago. But now that he’s married, I’ll prepare myself too and get married before I reach his age [45].”

Kim Jong Kook had also sang for Ahn Jae Wook’s wedding, keeping his promise to do so ten years ago, and explained, “There’s a song called ‘Letter‘ that I sang at Cha Tae Hyun’s wedding and at that time Ahn Jae Wook asked me, ‘Please sing this song for my wedding.'”

Meanwhile, this wedding was held privately with the newlywed’s close friends and family.
