MBLAQ Member G.O Reveals That He Has Vocal Nodes, Seeks Treatment
MBLAQ member G.O has revealed that he is suffering from vocal nodes.
G.O discussed the poor state of his voice while appearing with his fellow MBLAQ members as well as Jang Jae In during the June 11 broadcast of SBS Power FM program “2 O’Clock Escape Cultwo Show.”
“I’m worried because I’ve suddenly developed vocal nodes,” he confessed. Fellow member Mir then chimed in, saying, “G.O suddenly gets vocal nodes more often than most. This happened one time before, and he ended up not being able to talk at all,” he revealed. DJ Jung Chan Woo then chimed in, “We’ve done this show for a long time, but I’ve never once lost my voice.” He then added, “You could step on my neck and I wouldn’t lose my voice,” which made everyone laugh.
Immediately after his radio appearance, G.O reportedly sought medical treatment. According to a representative, “His voice was hoarse beginning this morning, and he was unable to properly speak. Following his radio show appearance, he immediately sought medical help at a hospital. It is suspected that he has vocal nodes, and we will be keeping a close eye on his progress.”
Meanwhile, MBLAQ recently made their comeback as a trio and are actively engaging in promotional activities.
