BTS Reaches First Place on Oricon Charts With Japanese Single "For You"

BTS has been revealed to have placed on Japan’s Oricon Chart for their very first time. Results for Oricon Chart rankings were released on June 17 and the boy group got first place with their Japanese song “For You.”

On the same day, the group also placed first, fourth, and fifth place on Japan’s Tower Record Charts with their three “For You” albums. The three albums include a normal version, type A version, and type B version.

“For You” is the group’s fourth Japanese single and first original Japanese single. The normal edition album also includes a Japanese version of their songs “Hormone War” and “Let Me Know.”

Meanwhile, BTS is set to comeback during the fourth week of June with “Sick.”
