Former NRG Member Noh Yoo Min Reveals Stunning Weight Loss Pictures

Noh Yoo Min has unveiled his new post-diet appearance, uploading before and after photos of himself to his personal Twitter account.

Along with the images, the former NRG member writes, “After starting at 98 kg (216 lbs), I have reached my goal of 70 kg (154 lbs) after losing 28 kg (62 lbs)! I will now get working on my abs.”

The before and after images portray an almost unrecognizably thinner Noh Yoo Min who, after his successful diet, is gradually regaining the appearance of his NRG days. Also noticeable is that the former idol has foregone his long hair and beard, opting for a trendy cut and clean-shaven face. He had previously declared that he would cut his hair and beard if he lost more weight during a May appearance on MBC Every1’s “Marriage Busters.”

It remains to be seen if this diet will end in success, however, as Noh Yoo Min has had experience with the yo-yo effect during previous attempts to lose weight. He regained his weight after losing 20kg in 2010, and also attempted another diet unsuccessfully in 2012.
